United Arab Emirates is located in the Middle East, bordering the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf between Oman and Saudi Arabia, with a flat coastal plain that merges into rolling sand dunes of vast desert and mountains in the east. The climate is desert, cooler in the eastern mountains. Abu Dhabi serves as the capital, and the United Arab Emirates has a population of approximately 10.09 million people who speak Arabic, English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

The United Arab Emirates has a high-income, oil-driven Middle Eastern economy with the fastest GDP growth among Gulf states, driven by diversification into tourism, construction, and services. Key industries include petroleum and petrochemicals, fishing, aluminum, cement, fertilizer, commercial ship repair, and construction materials. The country’s natural resources are primarily petroleum and natural gas. The UAE maintains strong foreign direct investment orientation and has implemented continued government investment and business-friendly reforms.
